Enterprise expands development team

Enterprise Homeloans has significantly increased its development team with the recruitment of a regional manager for Scotland and Northern Ireland, two new business development managers and the appointment of a new southern regional manager.

Michael Clapper, CEO of Enterprise, says: “In line with Enterprise&#39s planned growth, it is pleased to announce the appointment of four highly-qualified industry professionals, to grow and develop new and existing relationships with Zurich&#39s broker community&#39.

“When Enterprise launched to Zurich, the key consideration was to constantly invest in its infrastructure, which needed to be robust enough to service the needs of Zurich&#39s growing business volumes.

The investment in these new appointments, indicates not only that we are delivering on ourkey consideration, but also how seriously we are taking our responsibility to Zurich both now and in the future.&#39

Andy Stallard joins Enterprise as business development manager – Scotland. Previously, Stallard was the national top-performing BDM for Natwest, based in Scotland, for three years. Before which, he was a mortgage adviser with Reeds Rains Estate Agents for five years.

Tony MacIver joins Enterprise, as regional manager – Scotland and Northern Ireland. MacIver has been a prolific mortgage producer for the past 20 years and remains a partner in a very successful Zurich Franchise, called &#39MacIver Macleod&#39, based in Scotland.

Chris Thompson joins Enterprise, as business development manager – South-East. Thompson was previously an underwriter with Enterprise for two years, dealing with some of their larger accounts.

Harry Landy has been promoted to the role of southern regional sales manager for Enterprise. Landy has been a successful BDM with Enterprise since September 2002 and has now been given the task, of growing and managing the southern sales team, to ensure maximum coverage.
