e.surv updates Promise Finance&#39s valuation service

Chartered surveyors e.surv has recently provided Promise Finance with an electronic instruction and valuation report generation system.

e.surv is one of the leading survey panel managers in the UK with access to over 3,000 valuers, in addition to the 250 inhouse e.surv valuers.

The company says that because it continues to lead the field in its use of technology in the surveying business, clients see it as much more than simply a supplier.

Richard Sexton, national business development manager at e.surv, says: “e.surv recognises that technology is becoming increasingly important for companies to maintain their competitive advantage.

“In light of this, the company invests a large amount of time and resource in order to offer itsclients the latest in IT developments. This enables them to enhance their performance and service proposition.”

Steve Walker, director of Promise, says: “The ability to instruct valuations electronically, track the status of cases and then receive the valuers completed valuation report back automatically really saves crucial time. Promise is always looking for ways to maximise the service levels it offers to introducers and this new system from e.surv will play an integralpart in helping the company achieve that.”
