Research from estate agent Marsh & Parsons suggests the average price of a two-bed property in prime London could reach £1m by the end of Q1 2014.

The last 12 months have seen a 14 per cent appreciation in two-bedroom Prime London homes to the current average price of £909,203 according to the estate agent.
