MortgageStream expands head office

MortgageStream has doubled its head office to cope with the growing expansion of its sales force.

The firm has grown its sales, training and technical teams all of which will be housed in the newly expanded head office in Torquay, Devon. Staff numbers have grown more than 25% in the last six months.

It has also recently begun contracts with Home of Choice, Bright Mortgages, Intrinsic and Premier Network Partnership, and also introduced specialist modules, including secured loans.

Paul Holden, sales director at MortgageStream, says: Although weve had a fantastic year and have boosted the teams in response to this, the expansion is actually a proactive move to facilitate future growth.

As the company grows we dont ever want to be playing catch-up in terms of service standards. Weve seen it happen to other firms all too often and thats not the MortgageStream way.

“Our customers expect excellent service and this expansion gives us the solid foundation to provide this as we continue to grow. Its exciting times at MortgageStream and were grateful to all our customers who have made this possible.
