BDS picks E2M as HIP provider

BDS Mortgage Group has appointed Easier2Move as its main supplier of Home Information Packs.

The HIP service provided by E2M will be made available to all BDS network members as well as any other brokers who wish to take advantage of it.

Additional options such as Home Condition Reports or environmental searches are also available from a menu price list.

Easier2Move says it is anticipating a basic HIP turnaround time of around five working days and provide an online case tracking facility for brokers to monitor their cases.

As part of this service, BDS has also negotiated a rate for remortgages up to 500,000.

Bob Hope, head of sales and network at BDS, says: We are confident that Easier2Move has the experience and capability to meet our criteria of competitive pricing and exceptional service.

“We look forward to going live with HIPs and enabling brokers to offer an important additional service to their clients and generate valuable income for themselves.

Karen Babington, sales and marketing director at Easier2Move, says: We are delighted that BDS Mortgage Group has chosen us to provide it members with HIP and associated conveyancing services.

“Both of our organisations share a deep commitment to providing a high quality service so we believe that this partnership will be a long and profitable one for both companies.
