MortgageStream Version 3 to be launched at Expo

MortgageStream, the mortgage broker case management software will launch Version 3 of its software at this years Mortgage Business Expo in London on November 16 and 17.

The current version of MortgageStream was launched at last years expo and ensures brokers can manage new business pipeline, relationships and sales communications with clients.

Version 3 has been developed to deliver a host of new features and benefits including more developed and sophisticated integrations from MortgageStream to and from the leading sourcing systems, Trigold, Encore and Mortgage Brain.

Version 3 also brings a host of new features including a customisable fact find, the ability to process and manage commercial, secured and unsecured loans, automated diary reminders for critical dates in the sales process as well as PhoneStream for call recording, AudioStream for interview recording and TextStream for sending & receiving SMS.

Paul Holden, sales director at MortgageStream, says: Version 3 remains true to our core vision of single data entry.

“This means that MortgageStream enables, import and export to and from mortgage, life and GI sourcing, case processing and commission tracking.

“All this is achieved without ever having to re-enter the client, lender or product details. We constantly develop the software in response to customer feedback and, version three includes a fully configurable fact find, repayment and affordability calculators and commercial loans processing to support this growth area.
