BM Solutions has officially launched its 'Owl' compliance campaign, which aims to highlight the role of online services in answering the compliance burden
The company says it is one of the few lenders in the market to have announced its plan to offer a fully compliant and guaranteed Key Facts Illustration.
The compliance campaign, which includes advertising, direct mail and public relations, depicts an Owl in night vision goggles, emphasising the power and efficiency of fully compliant online services. Its award-winning online service, BM Solutions Online, was launched nearly eighteen months ago and now 85% of its business is submitted online.
Alan Cleary, head of sales, BM Solutions, says the campaign is a call to arms for both lenders and brokers alike.
He says: “Everyone agrees that the only practical way to stay compliant post N4 is to use and develop online services. Yet worryingly many lenders are up to ten 'Internet years' behind with technology. It is no good rushing out a system with days to go before regulation. Brokers need to develop confidence with an online system that they can trust.”
BMS launched its online service, BM Solutions Online in January 2003. Now 85% of BM Solutions' business is submitted online. Brokers can now secure a virtual offer in less than one minute. The time it takes to submit a case has been reduced by the many features on offer – product matching, intelligent application forms and case tracking to name but a few.
