BDS launches D@shboard

BDS Mortgage Group has now launched the case management system D@shboard to all of its broker contacts.

Supplied by Nereus Infotek, D@shboard has over 5,500 licensed users nationwide, offering real-time case tracking and linking into third party software such as Trigold.

BDS brokers will now be able to access the BDS system 24/seven to gain an update on any cases submitted with them. To promote this even more, BDS have developed a standardised glossary of D@shboard terminology so any comments and issues can be picked up, understood and dealt with.

Southampton based Meridian Home Loans were involved in a pre-launch pilot by BDS and now submit a sizeable portion of their BDS business using D@shboard.

BDS plan to roll-out full online submission in the forthcoming months and will notify brokers in due course.

Phil Jay, managing director at BDS: “Not only is BDS introducing even more value added services to its broker contacts, but is proactively raising standards across the board in advance of regulation.

“Systems like D@shboard will play a key role after October 31 and the company is keen to encourage brokers to register and use the system. I am confident that once they do, they will find it not just easy to use but invaluable to their business.”

David Jones, joint managing director at Nereus Infotek, says: “BDS have been using the D@shboard system in house for over a year now and we are very pleased that it has been a success.

“The company now plan to open the case tracking module of D@shboard to the their brokers, this will certainly change the way the brokers work in the future for the better. BDS are leading the way for the other packagers and networks on service standards. With more developments on the way, we are positive things will only get better.”
