Tiuta to host broker bridging seminar

Bridging lender Tiuta will be hosting a broker training seminar on April 9 to help brokers better understand bridging finance.

The free seminar will provide brokers with information about how best to use bridging loans as a funding option, as well as finding out how the features of loans are best used given different client circumstances.

Topics covered will be bridging loans, products, features, case studies the loan application process and compliance and regulatory implications.

Gary Booth, director at Tiuta, says: “Bridging loans are often a last resort and as such not enough time is taken to compare and contrast the products and features available and the suitability for given circumstances. This can be a very costly mistake for the client and potentially falls foul of both TCF and compliance regimes.”

“The seminar is intended to help brokers who already recommend bridging finance and also those that will need to recommend it in the future as the property market changes.”
