Primrose Associates becomes Paradigm partner

Primrose Associates has become the latest firm to sign up as partner members of Paradigm Mortgage Services, the mortgage partnership proposition.

Based in the City in London, Primrose Associates has nine financial advisers offering a range of products and services covering mortgages, investments and savings, estate planning, and insurance.

By joining Paradigm, Primrose will have access to a wide range of member services and products. As partners Primrose will be gaining an equal share in the revenue it generates for Paradigm which will be paid out once a year.

Through its use of Paradigm it will also build up equity through Paradigm’s limited liability partnership, held in a discretionary trust.

John Coffield, head of Paradigm Mortgage Services, says: “We are delighted to announce Primrose Associates as Paradigm’s latest partner member. This takes Paradigm’s membership base over 300 firms proving the worth of the Paradigm partnership proposition. Primrose is a forward-looking practice with client service and choice at the heart of its offering. Its advisers will now benefit from our wide lender panel covering the whole of the market, plus our range of mortgage-related services including lending and provider panels for secured loans, bridging finance, protection and general insurance.
