L4L launches employee benefits product

Lawyer4Life, the legal services company, which offers lifetime legal advice through its team of solicitors, has launched a new employee benefits package.

The product adapts the L4L formula to help employers offer a full legal service for employees to assist with recruitment as well as the retention and rewarding of existing staff.

The services would include personal injury, wills and probate, and all aspects of conveyancing.

Gareth Arscott, business development manager, says: “Good employers are looking for ways to incentivise their staff. Our research shows that access to a first class legal service would be attractive to employees. Having worked on this area for some time, the feedback is very positive from both employers and their staff.

“This is a great product for IFAs and other employee benefit specialists to be offering to their corporate clients. Not only is it a very attractive product, but there are opportunities for business introducers to earn for each client which takes up the service.
