NfI celebrates successful year

Nationwide for Intermediaries is celebrating the first anniversary of its broker salesforce being launched.

Brokers have responded positively to Nationwide’s team of national account managers, BDMs and sales support advisers.

Some 795 brokers were quizzed over the impact of Nationwide’s BDMs as part of an independent survey carried out for the lender.

Brokers ranked the BDMs against 15 qualities and awarded them a satisfaction rating of 86.8%, with 45.1% ranking them above BDMs from other lenders.

Ian Andrew, head of sales at Nationwide for Intermediaries, says: “To have nearly half of brokers ranking our BDMs as better than others after only a year is a fantastic achievement.”
