Forrester Research to hold Financial Services forum

The main theme of the event will be keeping customers happy without breaking the bank.

While business and marketing executives are struggling to understand, serve and satisfy their ever more demanding and fickle customers, IT executives are faced with outdated technology platforms and limited budgets.

At this Forum, Forrester Research will mix strategic and tactical research with advice and best practices from European financial services leaders. During strategic keynotes and specific marketing and IT strategy tracks, speakers will examine how companies can strengthen their customer relationships, maximise investments in new service channels, and approach updating their technology environment to meet today&#39s business demands.

Two comprehensive tracks, Business and Marketing Strategy, and IT Strategy, will address the critical IT, business, and marketing issues facing financial services in Europe.

As well as the Forrester analysts, featured speakers will include Robin Barrett senior vice-president technologies at American Express, Sanjeeb Chaudhuri, group managing director at Global consumer bank, Citibank EMEA, Clare Salmon managing director at AA Financial Services, and Martin Vonk, C00 and CIO at ING Direct.
