SPML’s head of sales joins Evaluate as BDM

Evaluate Technologies has poached Southern Pacific Mortgage Limited’s head of sales to become its first BDM.

Lynsey Mitchel has been recruited to help Evaluate compete with the UK’s leading sourcing systems. Her appointment follows the expansion of the firm’s lender panel to 22.

Evaluate’s technology is free to brokers and enables the online sourcing and submission of mortgage applications, ensuring the creation of compliant audit trails.

Paul Fradgley, chief executive officer of Evaluate, says that as a sourcing and trading platform Evaluate can provide solutions for specialist lending cases.

He adds: “We needed to find someone who could work with clients to ensure they get the most out of all that we offer. Lynsey was recommended as someone who could achieve this.”

Mitchel says: “Evaluate has succeeded in developing a product that can dramatically improve the profitability of brokers’ business at a time when it’s desperately needed.

“I’m looking forward to helping brokers and packagers use our system to get the most out of the opportunities in today’s market.”
