5,000 brokers use Trigold online seminars

Trigold says nearly 5,000 brokers have made use of its online interactive training system.

The online training seminars were launched last year and use technology to send out a live demonstration of Trigold technology.

The online seminars address introduce Trigold software, credit reporting, AVM and value reports, secured loans, E-trading and insurance and conveyancing.

The technology allows users to log on to a presenter’s screen to see the programme working in action and also call in to hear the presenter and be able to ask questions as they go along.

Multiple advisors can log in with a secure code, dial a number and everyone can then view the host’s screen and participate in a live presentation from their office.

David Thompson, sales director at Trigold, says: “Nearly 5000 brokers have realised that taking advantage of this system, which runs alongside our full training programme, means they can bring the system to life and make the most of the benefits on offer.

“Another key advantage that our users have found is that unlike methods such as video presentations, using an online facility allows brokers to ask questions that matter to them and their business.”
