Salans Thetford appoints conveyancer

Salans in Thetford has appointed Lucy Smith as its conveyancer.

Smith will be responsible for sale, purchase, remortgage and Transfer of Equity cases and will also assist in the development of the conveyancing team at the Salans Thetford office.

Prior to joining Salans Smith was at CBA Law – a conveyancing firm based in Ipswich.

Nigel Burgess, partner at Salans’ Thetford office, says: “We have been looking to expand our team at the Thetford office to accommodate the rise in demand for our services. In order to continue to deliver a high quality service to our clients, we need to ensure that we bring the right people on board.

“Smith’s appointment – along with the recent appointment of Chris Cosgrave as conveyancing manager – will help consolidate what is already a very strong team. Her skills and aptitude will be a tremendous asset to the business.”

Smith adds: “I am looking forward to being part of the new team in Thetford and will be giving my full support to the business.”
