Prestige Finance joins AFB

Prestige Finance has joined the the Association of Finance Brokers as an associate member.

Simon Stern, director of Prestige, says: “We are delighted to have joined the AFB as an associate member and look forward to working closely with the AFB in the future.

“As the market becomes more regulated it is vital that lenders and brokers work closely together.

“We believe the AFB best represents the broker industry and we very much support the AFB in the work it is doing.”

Robert Sinclair, associate director of AFB, says: “It is great to have Prestige join us as our seventh associate member.

“The support of lenders is essential to allow the AFB to undertake its work in increasing standards in the secured loans industry.

“Prestige has recognised the AFB’s value and the need for a strong secured loans intermediary trade body.

“AFB needs the support of all parts of the sector to effectively represent its broker members with policy makers at all levels.

“We are therefore delighted to welcome Prestige as an associate member of the AFB.”

Mortgage lending at Portman hits 5bn
