Just Retirement business grows

Just Retirement’s business figures for the six months to December 31 2006 show growth in equity release advances of 55% quarter-on-quarter.

Mortgage advances have seen a substantial increase and the company says new business quotations and applications are likely to see a continuing strong performance.

Just Retirement signed a three-year distribution agreement in November with SAGA. The company is providing a retirement advice service to customers who are introduced to it by SAGA.
