Commercial First appoints HR director

Commercial First has appointed Claire Withey as associate director of human resources.

Withey joins Commercial First in this newly created associate director role from a recently completed interim assignment at Barclays.

Prior to this she was head of organisational development at Atos Origin/KPMG.

She will head up the HR team of three.

Philip George managing director of Commercial First, says: “The human resources function is recognised as having a key role to play in contributing to the continued success and growth of Commercial First, and moving it to the next stage.

“We are delighted to welcome Claire to the senior management team and are confident that her proven experience and expertise will help us to recruit and retain excellent people that will enable us to achieve our business goals.”
