Banco Halifax Hispania launches fixed rate range

Banco Halifax Hispania, the Spanish arm of Halifax plc, is celebrating its 12th anniversary of opening in Spain by launching a range of fixed rate mortgage products.

The fixed rate mortgages are available for periods of between one and five years with interest rates starting at 3.41%. There is also the option of interest only repayments during the length of the fixed rate period.

Ian Smith, head of European operations at Halifax, says: “These attractive fixed rates will be ideal for those who prefer to have certainty of repayment costs during the early years of the mortgage.”


TMDC in dispute with Bear Stearns
