Kensington offers no legal fees and cashback on remortgage products

Kensington Mortgages will be offering free legal fees for its remortgage products across its mortgage range, excluding buy-to-let and residential investment mortgages from July 1.

It will also be giving £250 cashback on these remortgage products.

Alastair Pate, director of marketing and strategy, says: &#34This is the first time that Kensington has launched a free legal fees and cashback remortgage and it is a development that I believe will add great value to broker&#39s propositions.

“In addition to saving customers an average £600 of upfront fees, by using First Title to process the remortgages backed up by their title insurance policy, the whole transaction will be faster and more streamlined. This is in addition to the rates we released on 1st June.&#34
