Stonehaven joins Paradigm’s equity release panel

Paradigm Mortgage Services has added equity release specialists, Stonehaven, to its equity release provider panel.

Paradigm members will now be able to access Stonehaven’s range of lifetime mortgages.

Stonehaven is a member of Safe Home Income Plans and distributes its products through intermediaries and advisers only.

Stonehaven’s products offer flexible equity release solutions and come with a number of guarantees including, no negative equity guarantee, guaranteed cash reserve facility, guaranteed switch from an interest-only mortgage to a lifetime interest roll-up, guaranteed protected equity, and guaranteed portability.
