Castleview looks for 10 staff prior to May launch

Castleview Independent Mortgage Brokers is recruiting staff for its office in Nottingham in the run-up to its official launch.

The brokerage is looking to hire up to 10 brokers with experience in the commercial and residential sub-prime sectors.

Set up by Clare Chantrey, former director of Who’s Lending, and Carla Day, former sales manager at Who’s Lending, the firm was given its permission by the Financial Services Authority at the end of March.

The brokerage will formally launch on May 1.

Castleview director Chantrey says there has already been significant interest in its offering.

She says: “We are not ready to divulge all the details yet but we have had plenty of interest from potential clients in the residential and commercial property arenas.

“We are shoring up deals with them to bring to market as soon as possible.”
