Letting agency uses online technology

Landlord Mortgages has launched LettingAgent.com, a letting agency for landlords and tenants.

LettingAgent.com combines online technology with traditional property management.

Landlord Mortgages says many landlords are unhappy with the service they get from high street agencies.

LettingAgent.com organises minor repair work on a landlord’s behalf and assists with ensuring that the property meets all legal requirements including those relating to gas supply and houses in multiple occupation legislation.

Once a tenancy comes to an end a local appointed representative will provide support to ensure tenancies are ended smoothly.

Lee Grandin, managing director of Landlord Mortgages, says: “An entrant into this area of the market that can provide people with the service levels they are looking for is long overdue. This is the start of a new wave of letting agents.”

Keep calm and carry on?

We British are known for our stiff upper lip and just getting on with things. It’s part of our quirky cultural behaviour – like forming orderly queues, or saying sorry when it’s not our fault.
