Loan Options moves into commercial and bridging

Secured loans packager Loan Options is adding bridging and commercial finance to its portfolio.

Andy Moody, managing director of Loan Options, says: “Our intermediaries have been asking us whether we would branch out into these areas because they wanted to have access to the same professionalism and high conversion rates of enquiry to completion that Loan Options has been famous for in our loan business.

“So as well as our excellent whole of market secured loans offering, we are now able to help them by adding bridging and commercial mortgages as well.”

He adds: “Intermediaries need to have access to resources they can count on. In these difficult times, with more support services going under, brokers know they can rely on Loan Options to continue to provide great service and access to the best products.”
