Lighthouse transfer to include MBSL ARs

Appointed representatives from Mortgage Broking Services Limited have been informed by Network Data Limited that they too will be transferred to the Lighthouse Group.

This comes little over a week after Network Data Holdings, the parent company for the two networks, announced on the London Stock Exchange that MBSL would continue to trade following the removal of Network Data’s permissions.

Mortgage Strategy has seen the email sent out to one MBSL AR this afternoon which offers brokers an AR contract with LighthouseXpress, part of Lighthouse Group.

The AR who received the email has been given a deadline of noon tomorrow to sign the contract, in order “to continue trading without disruption”.
