The Mortgage Times to develop online commission system

The Mortgage Times Group has is to develop its new online commission system, which enables intermediaries to get paid on completion for all lender direct cases.

The online form can be found on the mortgages page of www.themortgagetimes.com under the Lender Direct tab. The Group already pays procuration fees on exchange of contract for all sub-prime cases.

Christopher May, director of The Mortgage Times Group, says: “This is yet another development to our online proposition and one that reinforces our commitment to offer a streamlined process to our intermediaries.

“We are working on a number of different technology based projects at the moment as I believe companies who have invested in their IT infrastructures are now reaping the rewards by offering bespoke solutions for their intermediaries.”
