Emery, who has been with TFC for three years, had previously been regional sales manager and brings nearly 15 years of experience to her new role.

Her core responsibilities will include control of the national sales team and their personal and professional development.

Andy Brown, partner at TFC, says: “Jayne has made a real impact over the last three years and has a proven industry record of sales success.

“I am delighted to promote her to the position of head of field sales and it is just reward for her excellent performance.

“This move demonstrates TFC’s desire to offer succession planning to loyal and committed staff.”

Emery says: “I am delighted to be given the role of head of field sales for TFC.

“From joining the company in 2002 I have been privileged to be part of its continued progression and I have enjoyed playing my part in making TFC one of the UKs leading niche and sub-prime distributors.
