Richard Donnell to spearhead Hometrack research services

Hometrack, the property information and research company has appointed Richard Donnell to join the Hometrack board as director of research.

Richard Donnell, previously head of residential research at Savills joined Hometrack on October 24 October. His primary role is to develop research services for the property and financial markets utilising Hometracks extensive databases of market information. He will also be preparing regular research reports and commentary on key aspects of the housing market.

Giles Mackay, chairman of Hometrack says: “We are tremendously pleased to have Richard on the team at Savills he established himself as the leading researcher in residential property.

Coupling his skills with Hometracks unrivalled database will allow us to achieve our goal as the leading provider of not only computer aided valuations to the mortgage lending industry, but also property research to the wider property and governmental markets.”
