BM Solutions launches buy-to-let products

BM Solutions has launched a range of products across its buy-to-let range.

The rates include tracker and fixed products, across three levels of rental income cover.

Leading the way is a two-year product, tracking the Bank of England base rate at plus 0.04 available at 110% rental income cover.

Other products include a 5.39% fixed until May 1 2009, at 110% rental income cover, and 5.85% fixed until May 1 2010, at 100% rental income cover/

Iain Williamson, head of key accounts at BM Solutions, says: “We’re sure that brokers will welcome these excellent new rates in the buy-to-let market.

It’s also fantastic that the three levels of rental income cover allow intermediaries to tailor the products to their clients’ needs.
