Residential 1 goes live on Trigold

Residential 1s range of self-cert, adverse credit, buy-to-let and Right to Buy mortgages are now live and verified on Trigolds Prospector AAA mortgage sourcing system.

Residential 1s approach to the specialist mortgage market offers a range of products from a select panel of lenders.

Daniel Churchill, director of Residential 1, says: Creating innovative products is not enough.

These need to be displayed accurately to enable advisors to source and recommend our mortgages with complete confidence.

In addition to being the undisputed leader in mortgage sourcing, it was Trigolds reputation for data accuracy and ease of use that struck a chord with us.

Our business is founded on going that extra mile in terms of the product and service we provide and it is nice to do business with a company that shares these values.

Bill Safran, chief executive of Trigold, adds: Residential 1 has carved out a strong niche for itself in the mortgage, secured loan and commercial sectors.

There is a wealth of knowledge and experience in the company and this can be clearly seen with the range and sophistication of their products.

We are delighted to have Residential 1s products on the Prospector AAA system.

We are also in discussion with Residential 1 about integrating with the E-Trading Centre to offer advisors direct submission to the most widely supported mortgage trading platform in the UK.
