Promise appoints managing director

Promise Homepacks has appointed Darren Beech as managing director.

Beech was founder of Mysalepack, a Home Information Pack provider, and was on the original government industry focus group over two years ago.

Steve Walker, group managing director at Promise Solutions, says: We are delighted to appoint Darren as managing director.

“He brings a wealth of experience in this relatively new market and is overflowing with ideas to help take Promise Homepacks, and the industry as a whole, forward.

Beech adds: At Promise we are totally committed to the HIP legislation.

“Many industry commentators seem to be talking themselves, and consequently many estate agents, out of HIPS.

“This is very dangerous as estate agents need to be well prepared.

“Our message is simple HIPS will happen on June 1 and Promise Homepacks will be 100% ready well before then.
