Praxis to target remote offices

Praxis says it intends to triple business from remote offices by the end of 2007.

The distributor, which has increased its lender panel by 50% and opened offices in Northern Ireland and Scotland, says it plans to target 50 local partnerships by the end of the year.

Dudley Aldous, sales and marketing director, said: “We see remote offices as a key area for growth. But we are ditching the term satellite offices because that implies our offer is the same as other packagers.”

He says Praxis’ remote offices will get full access to its full panel of 23 lenders.


TMP launches packaging facility

The Beacon Group has teamed up with The Money Portal to offer a facility called TMP Packaging Services for all TMP members. Brokers will be able to access sub-prime lenders’ products including exclusives and benefit from on-site underwriting.
