Clarion’s Prosser injunction move dismissed

Mortgage Strategy understands that Mortgage Business Expo organiser Clarion Events’ application for an injunction against Financial Services Expo organiser James Prosser was dismissed last week.

Clarion Events sent out a press release the week before revealing that it was seeking an ”urgent order of the court in relation to duties owed by the former employee to Clarion Events”. Prosser previously worked for Clarion running the two annual MBEs in Manchester and London, having joined the company in 2010. He left in May.

The hearing was held at Court 12 in the Royal Courts of Justice. Neither Prosser or Clarion were available for comment.
