Shawbrook £330k loan its biggest to date

Shawbrook bank has completed a £330,000 secured loan, representing its largest loan to date.

Shawbrook says the money was used to fund an extensive home improvement project on a property valued at £2.7m in the South East of England.

The deal was completed through Y3S Loans in Cardiff.

Shawbrook Bank head of sales Maeve Ward says: “We are delighted to have worked with Y3S on this case on helping the client raise additional finance to fund their home improvements without having to touch their existing mortgage. Our experienced team worked closely with Y3S to understand the client’s situation and find the best solution.”
