Edeus launches new range

Edeus has added several new products to its mortgage range

It is launching a self-cert tracker at 4.99%, which is available up to 85% LTV.

The lender is also launching a residential buy-to-let fixed rate products with refund of valuation.

“This fixed rate range includes a two-year fixed available at 6.69% with an LTV maximum of 85%. There is also a 6.89% two-year fix at a maximum of 90% LTV.

Edeus is also offering income buy-to-lets, one of which comes with no arrangement fee and a rate of 7.39% at a maximum of 85% LTV.

There are also two new self-cert remortgage fixed rate products available at 6.70%, up to 90% LTV and 6.54% up to 85% LTV.

Alan Cleary, managing director of edeus, says: “We are really pleased to be extending our product range, and especially being able to roll out fixed rates on buy-to-let.

“Our self-cert trackers have very competitive rates which brokers will certainly benefit from.

“Many of the other products come with great product criteria like no overhanging early repayment charges and valuation refunds, which will give great value to brokers and borrowers.”
