Nottingham set to expand its commercial arm

Nottingham Building Society wants to hear from specialist commercial introducers and residential brokers seeking to expand their own businesses as it looks to meet growing demand for its range of commercial mortgages from small and medium-sized firms.

The society launched its commercial lending arm in July 2006.

“The continued growth of our commercial business is strategically important to us,” said Chris Parker, head of intermediary sales. “Lending to the right kind of small and medium-sized organisations is a major part of our plans.

“We have excellent products and a team of underwriters that are highly accessible and efficient. So we know we have the right kind of infrastructure to meet the demands of .”
