Money Partners products on ENC

Money Partners, the specialist lender, has announced that its premier and origin ranges of first mortgage products are now live and fully incorporated on Trigolds Enhanced Non-Conforming sourcing module.

The ENC module allows intermediaries to source sub-prime mortgage products from a wide range of lenders representing over 80% of the specialist lending sector. Trigold users account for over 60% of the intermediary mortgage market.

ENC provides introducers with a comprehensive solution, incorporating enhanced fact-find, data verification, Key Facts Illustration and e-app features. It allows brokers to search, sort, select and apply for specialist mortgage products with full confidence.

Money Partners celebrates its first anniversary on November 1 2005. In its first year of trading, the company has developed a reputation for service excellence focussed on a small but select and expanding group of professional mortgage intermediaries.

Colin Sanders, CEO of Money Partners, says: “Our distribution proposition is a simple one. We use intermediaries. We have no other focus and no intention of changing our focus.

“This means we have no distractions and can devote our time and imagination purely to serving our brokers needs. Becoming an ENC lender was therefore a logical step.

“Were delighted to be associated with Trigold. ENC’s continuing appeal to specialist lenders and introducers bears testament to its relevance and value.”

Bill Safran, CEO of Trigold, says: “With over 60% of mortgage intermediaries having free access to ENC with its Trigold system it is crucial that we have the key specialists lenders like Money Partners on board.

“Money Partners may only be a year old but has built an enviable reputation for service excellence. Part of that success comes from delivering its unique proposition direct to the intermediaries desktop with accurate and precise product details.

“Because the ENC system uses client criteria as a basic of the search engine, the results are the most sophisticated available which ensures that Money Partner products returned are relevant and available.”
