BM Solutions and Personal Touch Financial Services have integrated their technology services to help brokers in-crease their efficiency.
PTFS has merged its Toolbox client management and back office system with BM Solutions’ One Minute Mortgage service, an online application that allows brokers to secure decisions in a minute.
One Minute Mortgage is designed to save brokers time with electronic identity verification and case tracking facilities that allow offers to be made at point-of-sale.
The integration will allow the Toolbox system to produce Key Facts Illustrations, decisions in principle or full applications without brokers re-keying client details into BM Solutions’ online application form. An audit trail is also provided through Toolbox.
PTFS says this move will improve data accuracy and slash the time its members spend inputting information. The integrated system will go live tomorrow.

PTFS provides Toolbox to its app-ointed representative and directly au-thorised members. The system has al- ready been integrated with Abbey as well as sourcing systems Trigold and Mortgage Brain.
