Exclusive Connections sets up mortgage processing team

Exclusive Connections has set up a special unit at its Peterborough head office, which will provide packaging and other fulfilment services to members who wish to outsource the packaging side of their business.

Matthew Arena, managing director of Exclusive Connections, says: ”The new unit is a commitment by us to help existing packaging members who might wish to cut costs but maintain the ability to offer packaged facilities with lenders which they would not be able to access, without being part of EC.

He adds: “We are taking a lot of calls from intermediaries who are aware of EC’s standing with the major lenders and other product providers and are keen to join us. EC is becoming a natural choice for any intermediary who wants to access the best of the mortgage, loan, GI, conveyancing and debt solutions markets. We are in the process of building a major product and service platform for the future benefit of all advisers, no matter what their size.”
