Vision quashes single-tie protection rumour

Mortgage Times’s Vision Network has quashed rumours that it is looking to sign a single-tie agreement with Legal & General for protection products.

Although Mortgage Times says that it has several initiatives on the horizon set to take place in the next couple of weeks, it has no plans to enter into a single-tie arrangement on protection.

Payam Azadi, marketing director at Vision, says: “We’re in talks with a number of people but certainly none of them are about protection. We run a multi-panel to which we are firmly committed.

“But, we do have some very exciting initiatives and related news coming out in the next few weeks which will cement Vision’s proposition in the marketplace.”
