It seems not even Hugh Hefner and his Playboy bunnies are immune to the credit crunch. The iconic Playboy brand is suffering at the hands of the economic crisis after posting huge losses in Q4 2008.

Mole also reported earlier that Hustler owner Larry Flynt was worried that the financial worries were putting a damper on the world’s libido. He can’t help but notice the parallel between the banking world being in trouble and the sex industry reporting a loss of trade.

Mole wonders if all those hefty bonuses were just going on sports cars.


Just joking

Following on from industry guru Ray Boulger’s joke last week, Mole was inundated with a bevy of credit crunch-related jokes. One of the best asked what the difference was between an investment banker and a large pizza. The answer, of course, is that a pizza can still feed a family of four.
