Robyn Hall to step down as editor of MS

After nearly eight years at the helm of Mortgage Strategy Robyn Hall is stepping down as editor to pursue other opportunities.

Hall launched Mortgage Strategy in September 2001 and since then the magazine has enjoyed phenomenal success and won a string of awards.

Accolades it has won include the coveted Bradford & Bingley Trade Magazine of the Year award, John Charcol Mortgage Publication of the Year, the Cobalt Capital Best Industry Publication and the Key Retirement Solutions Best Trade Publication.

Hall says: “It’s been a long and fruitful eight years but I feel now’s the time to look at new opportunities.

“I’ve witnes-sed many changes over the years – I was even there with Ray Boulger when the UK’s first regulated mortgage went through at mid-night on October 31 2004.”

Hall will start writing a hard-hitting new column for the magazine in two weeks. He can be contacted at
