Financial reclaim services bite the hands that feed us

I am writing to voice my concern over the rush of packagers and brokers offering financial reclaim services.

These appear to encourage customers to attempt to write off some of their debt as solicitors have found loopholes in credit agreements which suggest they cannot be enforced.

This is simply biting the hands that feed us. Do packagers and brokers want to cause lenders large losses?

In the current climate we should be working together to find new income streams, not trying to ruin the firms that support our businesses.

Those offering such services are short-sighted and are only trying to help themselves rather than bring the current crisis to an end.
