Em- offers dual proc fee proposition

Em-financial is offering a dual proc fee proposition as a result of increased investment in technology.

The deal is available on all products and proc fees increase incrementally based on the value of the product.

Em- says that continued work on its free sourcing tool ‘minuteman’ has allowed it to base proc fee options on standard application submission and on-line submission.

This has resulted in increased proc fees for online submission due to reduced processing costs.

Simon Mouncher, operations director at em-, says: ” It was important we continued with our IT investment at a time when others are solely concentrating on survival.

“The increased proc fee will be an incentive to use our on-line application and help brokers reduce the time taken in the mortgage process.”

Em- says it hopes to announce further developments in October.

Daniel is a carpenter […]
