Ashdown Lyons named best surveyor by Hamptons

Ashdown Lyons won first prize in the best surveyor category of Hamptons International awards ceremony last night.

Jeremy Lyons, chief executive of Ashdown Lyons, says: “The market has changed dramatically in the last 12 months and we have been focusing on our internal procedures and training support. We are working with our survey teams with a back to basics approach to give lenders and customers greater confidence in the style and the quality of our work.”

Jonathan Cornell, technical director at Hamptons International Mortgages, says: “We canvassed our consultants and our mortgage case managers in all our categories and they were confident that the quality and service provided by Ashdown Lyons is streets ahead of the rest.”
