TML set to open Whitely office

TML Financial Solutions&#39 new office in Whitely is receiving its finishing touches. The firm, a direct to consumer mortgage specialist, will relocate from Eastleigh to the new HQ on July 5. A VIP opening is being planned for July 14.

Tim Kirby, managing director, says: “We are delighted with Forum 3. It will provide a fantastic working environment for our staff and the space and facilities are exactly what we need as we continue to expand.&#39&#39

The new offices will have room for 500 people. TML&#39s current HQ at Eastleigh holds just 260 and the new HQ will allow it to expand further.

London design company Blue Jelly was commissioned to fit the light airy interiors of the new building, which will be dominated by a three-storey atrium with a suspended sculpture.

Facilities will include a caffcopy; and restaurant and a corporate chillout zone, a major investment which will employ a qualified holistic therapist.
