BDS Mortgage Group launches conveyancing service with Homefast

BDS Mortgage Group launched a conveyancing and remortgage service in conjunction with the newly renamed Homefast Property Lawyers, a division of Sherrards Solicitors.

The service combines a competitive fixed fee cost structure with online case tracking and a &#39no completion, no legal fee&#39 agreement. All of the necessary information including the documentation required to initiate a case can be found on the BDS website.

The service offers fixed fees, online case tracking and a no completion no fee agreement.

BDS plan to roll out full online submission in the forthcoming months when its new website goes live and will notify introducers in due course.

Phil Jay, managing director for BDS, says: “In conjunction with Homefast we have a professional conveyancing offering, competitively priced with a customer service that is second to none &#45 all of elements introducers have come to expect from BDS. We want any introducers using BDS to have enough information at their fingertips to ensure that they can provide their clients with updates at any time so the availability of extended opening hours and online case tracking are a huge bonus. We are confident that introducers will find this service invaluable.”

John Brian, senior partner at Homefast Property Lawyers, says: “We are delighted to have been selected by BDS to provide our customer focussed range of conveyancing and remortgaging services via the important and influential mortgage intermediary market. Both we and BDS have complementary philosophies of delivering straightforward quality service and working as a team in partnership with introducers for the benefit of our mutual clients.”
