AXA launches network for tied agents

AXA has launched a mortgage and general insurance network for its tied agents.

The network is the latest addition to AXA Mortgage Solutions which launched last year. The scheme already offers access to mortgage and protection sourcing software as well as support and packaging services.

AXA spokesman Peter White says: “We have applied to the FSA for principal status. Our network will enhance our mortgage support offering for our current agents and positions us in the market with an attractive set-up we hope will create relationships with future distribution partners.”

AXA&#39s network proposition is backed by a fully compliant sales process and audit trail and a comprehensive ongoing training and development package. AXA will also meet FSA capital adequacy and professional indemnity requirements on behalf of its network members.

White adds: “We can offer the support and backing of a major financial services player, including enhanced access to a range of lenders and packagers and a competitive procuration fee structure.”
