1st announces launch of new Adviser Office

1st, a provider of technology services and solutions to the retail financial advice market, yesterday announced the launch of its new Adviser Office version, Adviser Office:Intelligent Workflow, which contains a range of tools for mortgage intermediaries.

The product will be showcased at the company&#39s conference on Thursday, July 1 and released via a controlled roll-out thereafter.

Key developments include applicant information consolidated within the mortgage component, giving users a single data entry facility for mortgage specific advice and assisting advisers during the point of sale process.

Applicant-based fact-find will provide users with both an electronic point-of-sale facility or, for those preferring a paper-based point-of-sale process, the ability to generate predefined or client-specific fact finds.

Enhanced management reporting will also be offerered – covering a wide range of functions and giving users a comprehensive view of their business

Adviser Office:Intelligent Workflow is fully integrated with supportive systems from partner companies including Mortgage Brain, Trigold, The Mortgage Operation and Mortgage 2000. Following the July launch, the new version will include additional integrations with Paymentshield and London & European Title Insurance.

Nick Berry, channel manager of mortgages at 1st, says: “We have been working hard to improve the functionality of the system for mortgage advisers and administrators. This round of development work has allowed us to centralise the capture of information within the mortgage components, improving the workflow and user experience. We have also added to and enhanced links to complimentary business partners in our ongoing effort to provide users with a one one-stop shop approach to providing clients with compliant mortgage advice. ”

Adviser Office:Intelligent Workflow is the third release of the Adviser Office system which has been designed to reduce the hours spent on compliance and administration, so time is created to prepare and deliver the highest standards of advice to private and corporate clients.

1st and Adviser Office use the latest Microsoft technology to deliver the most advanced business solutions in a familiar and easy to use format. The Adviser Office product range is fully integrated with Microsoft desktop applications, allowing users to access the product directly from Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
